The short version
The service
AirDesk provides AI-powered call answering, scheduling, dispatch, and messaging for your business phone line, configured according to your instructions.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to forward your business line, that call recording is disclosed where required in your jurisdiction, and that your configured rules comply with applicable law.
Billing
Service is billed as a flat monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time; service continues through the end of the paid period.
Service limits
AirDesk follows the rules you configure. It does not provide professional advice, and emergency triage is a routing convenience — not a life-safety service; callers in danger are always directed to 911.
Liability
The service is provided as-is; our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
